Marchands d'Empire was a PnP made available in 2002. And very few, if
any, of us would have played it.

Excellent catch about Himalaya, Chris! Yeah, the 2002 version was web published, so it wasn't even a physical copy. I don't think there's anyway we can consider this a 2002 game and it wouldn't even have been considered except for the bizarre way that the Geek assigns dates to games. So no nomination for you, Himalaya--you'll have to wait for our 2004 retrospective.

I'll second Keythedral and
also second Himalaya.



I agree with Larry : 2005 was not a good year for me. I struggled to vote for 3 and probably shouldn't have, but it's rough to have the power to vote and not use it.

However 2002 is a much better year. I'm going to have to make some rough choices among about 10 of the games listed so far, and I look forward to seeing what else gets nominated.
